Michael Macioce has been dangling off bridges and burrowing through subway tunnels for the past ten years. When he's not working for the MTA, DOT and some of the premier construction firms in the metropolitan area, he can be found downtown photographing Marshall Crenshaw and Robyn Hitchcock.

He currently teaches The Art of Black & White Printing at The New School for Social Research in NYC and at Suffolk Community College in Riverhead, NY. He lives on the eastern end of Long Island with his wife and twelve-year old son.
Michael is a graduate of the School of Visual Arts.
